Bad comics are bad comics, gender need not apply. Naturally, some women will focus on womens issues, OH MY GOD SURPRISED.

Having been to enough live shows, you know a bad comic when the delivery is ***, nervous laughter erupts after a joke or the set turns into picking on members of the crowd for material.

Unless it's Bill Burr tearing apart a *** awful audience in Philadelphia. That ***is *** brutally amazing. YouTube it if you've not seen it.

Patton Oswalt can do a pretty good heckler roast too.

Bill Burr is my dude for shitting on hecklers. Dear lord, you're a *** idiot for trying to heckle a comedian and if they're good? Prepare to be embarrassed as *** if you aren't so deep in your cups you can't remember anything.

You know what the problem is...they are women.

Women don't need to be funny. Men could care less if women are funny.

On the subject of women I can never tell when you're joking and when you're being bitter and rejected.

Edit: I say this because you're absolutely wrong and frankly it doesn't even really work as a joke. :p

This is the internet I don't even know what I'm doing here !

I'm not bitter but ask me again in ten years.

Actually I don't care if a woman is funny. But it doesn't hurt.

If I was putting a "what I want in a woman thing" I don't think humor would be on the top of my list.

I'd put hardcore feminist ideals at the top.

Fluffy is funny and his voices are his thing and his fat jokes are meant to take the piss out of the obvious fact that the guy is *** huge.

I admire anyone that can make me laugh so hard and long, and to do it without putting anyone with the exception of themselves down? Pure bliss imho. Jim Gaffigan shines there.

I also love Fluffy/Gabriel Iglesias. Come to think of it, they both joke about food alot. Maybe that's my gotcha. I don't really like food most the time it's a pain in the *** to prepare or even eat it, but it's sure funny.

I like Iglesias. Gaffigan...eh. I feel like Gaffigan says stupid ***and then puts himself down to 'make it okay'. It almost feels like a cop out.
Well I respect your opinion. It'd be boring if we all agreed lol. But for me I find it hard to fault him and don't really see that. To me it is like he is just observing the absurdity around us and his own absurdity and how he fits into it and is even more absurd than the world around him at times.

Eh. Like I said, my wife likes him plenty, so obviously I've got nothing against people who do.

I also like Bill Burr more than she does because I think she gets close to offended by a few things he says, and I get that.

You must be one of those guys who enjoys having his balls hit with a hammer.

Because that's the only way I see your relationship with a hardcore feminist going.

See hardcore feminists love people to argue with them. And I'd be that person.

The discord of the arguments leads to passion in the bedroom.

Opposites attract etc.

Paula Abdul told me it so it be !

Ramyrez what do you think of Mitch Hedberg? Another of my faves.

Mitch was great; his death was quite unfortunate, but not entirely unexpected. I had a few friends in college very like him in more ways than is comfortable. Luckily they both got out of the things they got into for the most part.

Tom Segura is someone I'm liking a lot right now, but I've only see his one special that's on Netflix atm.

Dave Foley is really good, even though he's only doing standup to try to pay the crazy ***the Canadian courts did to him in his divorce.

If you think a woman being in love with her cat is odd I'll show you millions of recently divorced women that will tell you otherwise...

Song is full of good dating advice.

There are so many Baldwins in Hollywood they're not even all related. It's like, "move to California, change your last name to Baldwin, instant acting gigs!"

I don't actually think Sarah Silverman is all that funny or good looking the grand scheme, but eh. Wtf does she care about what I think? :p

Edit: Actually, she and Russell Brand may be my favorite comedians that I don't think are very funny, but I like them as people.

First time I heard of that :O

Mostly just referring to Adam Baldwin. He of Firefly fame. Was also in Full Metal Jacket. Other things I don't recall. Good actor, love his character in Firefly, but he's kind of a jackoff in real life.

Damn. Apparently she's hurting in "chubby 33-year-old man" demographic.

Well, then again, she did marry Jimmy Kimmel when he was in that demographic, so, hey. You may be right.

I think that, proportionally, that the ratio of good:bad in women standups is the same as men, but there are just more male stand-up comedians.

Can say the same thing about Pretty redheads.

there is the same ratio of pretty redheads out there as say.. pretty blondes or brunettes.

There just aren't a lot of redheads

So naturally if you only see 2 in a month.. odds are neither one was pretty.

Taking personal preference into consideration, red heads have a better chance of being pretty to me than non.
