Windower/Gearswap?

So how does one download windower & that gear swap app?

Do keep in mind once the launcher has downloaded what it needs for gearswap, you will still need to make your Lua files to tell it what you want it to do. For help with that I would look at the gearswap thread and maybe even peruse some of Mote's prebuilt job luas
