*Yawn*

Update details:

New Gear

Is this the big craze about Superior gear? I didn't even flinch when I saw this gear. Maybe a dual wield legs (which won't matter since we're capped on DW for the most part anyways). I see maybe a decent lunge piece, and a FC body for those without vanir (and good unity rankings). Overall, not even impressed about Superior.

Pretty much agreed. The only standout pieces are the Dual Wield legs for Blue Mages and that MaB body for Rune Fencers who don't have Vanir.

Pissed that Chant du Cygne has been taken out of the potency boost list at the last moment. That's a major *** move.

That's just the armor/accessories by the way.

The Su1 thing *** up the .DAT viewers. All shields are now 'enchanted'(basically Shield Size got pushed into what was Enchantment charges), enchanted items are no longer enchanted and I can't get anything from the Weapons .dat. :\

ehh, I'm not seeing BLU really want to use those legs for DW. They'd be giving up 3% DA from Augury Cuisses (or iuitl). They are nice, but I;m overall done with DW gear. But the fact that those legs are out now may alter my decision on my SoA ring (I was going for the DW/SS ring, Haverton)

I'd have to math it, but just eyeballing, it would seem that the 5 STP on Iuitl with a 2DA augment would still be superior to these new legs, at least for BLU. I don't know about other jobs. However, this may change if you don't have access to shetal stone.

It was more about the potential for human nature to rear its ugly head again that caused the SU tier items to be threatening.
I, for one, am thankful they turned out like this... even if the potential moving forward with SU2s and SU3s and whatnots is still there, these show that such fear was for naught.
And it's not like they're ***... they just aren't, by any stretch of the word, "superior".

I think they mean there's now an extra "yes/no" before you warp to a place.
>_>
Which I don't think anyone really needed or was even asking for... but... w/e. It's at most 2s more to warp now.

Few random things that caught my eye for one reason or another..

The maximum accuracy of one-handed weapons equipped as the main weapon has been increased from 95% to 99%.

The maximum accuracy of beastmaster familiars, wyverns, avatars, and automatons has been increased from 95% to 99%.

Log windows may now be separated.

Chat log settings.
A new entry within the Config menu, "Log," enables players to set which types of logs display in which windows.

Window 1 and Window 2 have been added to the tabs displayed when expanding the log window.

Timestamps may now be displayed in the log window.

A new homepoint has been added in Castle Zvahl Keep [S] (G-7)

New icons designating the role of a particular alter ego have been added to the Trust magic list.

No, there is already an option in the game to select destination confirmation for waypoints. Its all the way at the bottom of the list. Selecting destination Confirm will allow you to have the yes//no option before teleporting. I know this because I accidentally turned it on, and when trying to waypoint monster aggro, that extra second cost me my life.

Sombra Harness +1 looks kinda cool, I mostly avoided the gil/plasm sink of delve II gear except for qaaxo feet+artsieq legs.

For everyone that r15'd a bunch of qaaxo or whatever, yeah i can see why youd not care about many of the Su1 things.

They mean you can view a map to see where it will take you. No more "Which Biouvac?".

I was hopeful that Su1 would be another path to 119 for players discouraged by /yell "119《Veteran》 only", but now I think.. it looks horrible... lol... Incoming /yell "Su1 DD 《No Thanks》".

Depends on Unity ranking, if you're in the Rank 1 Unity for the week, you get max Unity Bonus on gear.

Basically, whatever Unity becomes Rank 1 on Sunday, that's the one you wanna be in if you have any gear with Unity bonuses. It costs like 12,000 unity accolades to switch though.

educated guess says that it will always be at least 1... if your unity is in first place, you will get +2. Any less than first place; +1
