Hi there, I have tried looking all over the net but I just cant seem to find a new food effects as of 2014. Does anyone know where I can happen to find one? Thanks!

On the left hand side, the first search bar, type in the food item you want. It can be in english, it's ok. Click the link you want and use google translate on the page that comes up. The JP wiki has most things covered due to vana books that are published in Japan, so they have information we don't. You should find what you want there.
