What happened to this thread?
How conflicting! What happens when there's a shower in front of the toilet? What if EVERY toilet had a shower in front of it, even in public?!?
What then, P&R?!?
What then?!?
How did this supremely stupid discussion arise? May as well match stupid for stupid.
Magical steam toilet !
It went over Nine Pages that is what happened.

Anti-puberty drugs comes to mind right off the bat. Paid for by medicaid. Don't forget the hordes of teens who can now use the opposing gender's bathroom now cause.... feelings. Reminds me of a South Park episode.

We've been over this plenty of times. That term has a very specific meaning. We're entering a lame duck congressional session, it's post-election and they are serving the last of their terms. A lame duck president is one who has been beaten at re-election and is serving the last few months of their term. Since Obama is neither eligible for re-election or serving the last months of his presidency, he's not a "lame duck" president. Find a new way to say "I don't like him" that isn't an already widely known and specific political term.

Of course he won't see it that way, he already said that it was only the democrat/liberal's fault for losing, and that he had nothing to do with their losses.

No, he's not referring to the last 2 years, he's just using the wrong term because it's a way to say liberal or bad without actually saying it.

In the common sense, you could use "lame duck" to describe an ineffectual or unsuccessful person, but he is using it in the political sense "lame duck president" which has a very specific definition.
Quote: an official (especially the president) in the final period of office, after the election of a successor.

I'm betting either the Republicans gain massive seats in the senate or are one seat short of the majority.
