Engage in blistering battles with the Surge Walk Campaign, starting Thursday, October 16!
Don't wait for the counters to tick upwards, as all walks will power up to surge mode for the duration of the campaign! Get as many chances as you want at snagging that fancy piece of gear you've been eyeing during these special five days!
Campaign Period: Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 23:00 p.m. (PDT) to Tuesday, October 21 at 1:00 a.m.
* All normal walks will be converted to surge walks throughout the duration.

upside: you'll be able to farm your own woe gear without the tedium or buy it on the cheap
downside: if you choose to farm your own, you still have to do woe
(really though, it seems like SE is severely against the idea of having high priced items around, most of WoE stuff already crashed due to the 1min adjustment, this'll just floor it)

WoE is actually pretty fun, don't see that as a downside
