I have 2 questions:

1: Do I need to keep the af 119 feet equipped to get the CA +20 bonus or can I swap them out after I pop CA?

2: Really same question about AF3+2 head, and does it stack w/ af 119 feet?

For every other effect like that I know of, the equipment must be equipped when the spell finishes casting. I would be happy to test and confirm it, but I'd need Proth or someone to lay out the method for testing it.

As far as i know the equip must be worn till the end of casting

iirc the AF3 hat and the RF1 boots DO stack...
At least I'm pretty sure they did.
