With all the changes to Home Points lately, being able to teleport between them and such,and the addition of Survival Guide warps, I was just kind of curious as to where everyones new favorite spot is? I'm sure everyone still has that one spot they prefer over all the others, in general.
Granted some BCNM's get a lot easier to do mutiples in a group if you change you Home Point to that location and get a D2 from a party member, but when you don't have anything like that required of you, where do you usually keep it?
For me, it's Ru'Lude Gardens Home Point #1, so I can trade Dynamis coins into 100 pieces easily with just Waypoint > Warp > etc.

Wherever I accidentally agree to set my HP when I exit my MH after a job change.

I have my HP in Port Bastok MH usually. My main's HP is situational. When I was spamming ZNMs, it was in Whitegate. When I was spamming VW, it was in South Sandy, etc.
My mules are all in Port Bastok MH. Mainly because there is the login campaign moogle right at the exit, and I can use the HP for free to get to the Bonanza moogle when needed. I can also freely HP over to the AH in Bastok mines. Pretty much anything my mules would need to do.
Because of this, when I am not spamming things, I make my main the same as my mules.
Maybe there is a better place, idk. I have put more time and effort into this post than actually looking into the best possible HPs, lol.

I really like Rabao only issue is can't get to storage from there. Port sandy MH is where I keep mine for now, and that's only because it's my home nation. Spent a lot of gil on furnishings, I want to get the full use!

It used to be the PJ exit for me too, but that was mainly for the convenience of warping next to someone who could supply me with another warp scroll. With that out of the way, I think I'll change =)
Tie between Port Jeuno HP1 and Western Adoulin HP1
I change my HP depending on what I`m doing, most of the time it's Adoulin Moghouse exit.

Norg, even before the HP teleporting I had it set there. It's got everything! A Voidwatch guy, a Porter Moogle, Nomad Moogles, a Waypoint thingy, AH, and NPC to sell junk to all within like 3 seconds of walking distance. I also like having Sea Serpent Grotto right there to test some battle crap. Plus, I changed the music to something way way better.
My home point is usually in Tavnazian Safehold, but as of late its been in San d'Oria.
I use alot of warp scrolls. Best HP is one next to npc that i can quickly get another one after use...
