Even if you've upholstered your weapon, there can still be a viable deadly threat to anyone within the vicinity of someone with a knife, even if it's not you.
Geez, don't you people watch enough cop dramas? Also, Warrick Brown and Gil Grissom were the only reasons I ever watched CSI Las Vegas. After that, I preferred CSI Miami, and for a little while, CSI New York. Siren.Mosin said: » Bismarck.Ramyrez said: » Yeah, but Scully almost always nailed it the first time. TV people are dumb. If they made a blatant rip-off of that show today, I would totally DVR that ***every week. just make a sci-fi friday of it on FOX. /shutup&takemymoney.jpeg Fox cancelled Firefly because it wasn't being watched enough. Because people were watching reality TV ***. (I believe, at the time, it was going up against The Bachelor?) So...really, you're in the minority. We're in the minority. Look at viewing numbers sometime and, in this case, you'll see how much of a minority we're in. People want Survivor and those *** *** "make me a puppet of the pop music industry!" shows. Blame the idiots of the country who keep hitting the feeder button for their tasty pellets of unadulterated filth. And people have the balls to say sex, violence, or "vulgar language" are what's killing this country, right? American Idol has killed more brain cells in the past decade than booze has. (And I emphasize that word because the character had a stated loathing of the word). Catherine was okay, I did find her storyline with her father interesting. Her ex-husband was a creepy jerk who has always been creepy, due to his role on the other series we've talked about (the X-Files). And in Bev. Hills Cop 3. ...look, the guy who plays Eddie in CSI is one of the creepiest dudes in Hollywood, okay? You didn't fix anything. You merely provided another truth. It's all awful programming that people should feel ashamed to watch. I'd rather be caught watching porn with my wang in my hand than be caught watching American Idol. Bismarck.Ramyrez said: » I'd rather be caught watching porn with my wang in my hand than be caught watching American Idol. what I got out of that commment: 'huh, ramyrez like to whack off watching american idol...... weird' Reality TV that is anything but real.
You voted on this ***, America. You'll vote more for the mind numbing dredge that is reality TV and who should win, more than you'll vote for politicians who give a ***, and focus on the "Us vs. Them" mentality (which would make a great Reality TV series) and actually represent your interests. And people say there's voter apathy in America. It's clearly not true. It's Political Apathy in America. Where's Nik? I have a reality TV series I need his evil money to fund. Take the whole paragraph in perspective, not just the part that is the easiest to debunk. I said more or less the same thing as you a few pages back (I'll quote it after this post, so you don't have to find it). I tend to agree with most of that paragraph, sans that last little comment. I disagree with the police in my town when they shoot native americans with knives. I disagree with police in other towns when they shoot unarmed teenagers. I mean, I want to shoot teenagers just as much as the next guy, but that doesn't mean we can, or should. In some cases, I'd rather pull their pants down the rest of the way. Or push them and run off as they try to run after me one hand holding up their pants as the shuffle sprint after me. I agree about CSI Ramryrez...Gil, Warrick, Nick and Greg were great. You're at once highlighting my point of hating people as a whole, yet somehow still offending me by saying I voted for that ***. That takes a special kind of Canadien. ...are you a Habs fan? But I doubt that's likely. Bismarck.Ramyrez said: » Only of Christina Aguilera is going to make it watchable in the way only she can. Amazing how you missed that blatant sarcasm and generalization that AMERICA (as a whole) voted for that reality tv ***.
No self-respecting Canadian (wtf, I'm not from Quebec) is a Habs fan. I'm a cop I'm a damn good cop !

I hate PEOPLE. but since we're on the topic, no, I haven't watched the amazing race, it makes me too jealous. I would totally just wonder the world had I any money to speak of. I don't watch much reality stuff. my wife watches the 'naked and afraid' so I do by proxy. sometimes I watch the chef ones with gordan ramsey, but not so much out of interest as out of 'here's some background noise while I play vg' type of deal. I watch judge judy for the same reason, though I know I shouldn't. Is cops considered reality TV? because I'll always watch & love that, but it came before all the other stuff. it was real before real was cool. Siren.Mosin said: » I hate PEOPLE. I don't watch much reality stuff. It's mainly a competitive game show that visits places you generally have never heard of. Siren.Mosin said: » Is cops considered reality TV? because I'll always watch & love that, but it came before all the other stuff. it was real before real was cool. cops was the ***. especially the theme song they played during the intro.
imo~ st.louis police should just setup a van with giant speakers and play that song on repeat all night long
I would call Cops "Real TV" rather than the scripted "reality TV" people watch, which actually makes it worth watching.
One of the fewer, cooler reality TV series' I've seen has been World's Worst Tenants, Holmes on Homes, Holmes Inspection, To Catch a Contractor, and Bar Rescue. The Latter being my favorite, though to be honest, Hungry Investors seems to be growing on me. I'd rather go watch movies than spend time watching TV though. The Amazing Race is just one televised geography lesson.
Asura.Kingnobody said: » I've always liked the Amazing Race, because it doesn't focus on redneck rivalries like all of the other shows, and what's more, you actually learn something from watching it. *edit* I'm also slightly biased because the host is a fellow Kiwi. I remember Phil used to co-host an after-school TV show in New Zealand in the early 90's called "3.45 Live", back when he still had a Kiwi accent.
