Story: Did a bunch of Alluvion Skirmish last night, had a bunch of various stones stored up. I wanted to try for WS DMG+ or Snapshot on my Bow, and something decent on my Great Sword. So I blow 420k on a Leaftip +2 at the AH, and used it on the Bow. Store TP +2, not bad, so I kept it for now. So, I still had a Leafslit +1 stone from last night, and I decided to use it on my Great Sword. The screenshot below explains it all. I feel your pain :(
I'm about 5-6 +2's deep into my gun with no sign of a combo R.acc/R.atk augment yet (I'd take 15, I would). Just keep getting Racc or R.atk +17 ish. Also my first Tip+2 gave my gun fast cast +3 lol;; I need consolation!
Over 50x +2 Snoworb stones and I can't get Pet: Mab past 13. Haven't seen any buff go past 14 tbh. +20 is a lie! ;_;  Augmnent with Snoworb +2 Now, THAT is pretty impressive.
Yours? Or someone else?
Stones used? I assume Leafslit+1 and Snoworb+2. And I can't get past Mab+13 -.- It's my augment with Snoworb +2 for Pet: MAB line.
Sorry if this is already mentioned... if you have a leaf and a snow augment, but only want to change one of them, do you have to use two new stones or will the same type of stone override the augment?

Leaf stones only overwrite leaf slot augments. Snow stones only overwrite snow slot augments. Using the previous pic as example, the "Pet: mab" augment comes from snoworb, the Siphon augment comes from leafslit. @Lunareticc I despise you so much >< /envy But seriously, grats on an awesome staff :) That's exactely what I wanted to get, sigh. How does Siphon+5 work? Gives you +5% or straight +5MP? I did not do the math but the result is worse than the Kirin Pole with 12 in summoning Skill.
I need +2 for Elemental Siphon +25 ^^; My Kirin's Staff is augmented with Enhancing Skill, I currently use a Staff with +7 SMN skill for Siphon.

Knew the snow and leaf were different, but was really hoping you didn't have to override both if you wanted to change one. Yes, that's exactely what happens. If you want to change a "leaf" augment, you only need to use another "leaf" stone, and the "snow" augment won't be touched.
And Vice-versa of course. Does anyone know the max values obtainable with +2 stones? I have a +18 or 19 att From snowslit but I've seen combination acc and att and a want to know if the two can be high value or if it's split.
At least +21 for those snow stones.
+23 as a single aug is the most I have gotten. +20 +20 as combo
Well crap... Now I'm going to go broke re augmenting mine again...

Anybody ever saw Fast Cast on Keraunos? If so with which stone?
doing it on a skirmish +1 weapon (or +2 but its more expensive) is probably the best way to go. but i dont know which stones give what since i got the fast cast i wanted on a flute with a +1 snowslit stone or whatever and i think thats melee?
I got fast cast +2 on my Keraunos using Leafdim +1 stone.
Uhmm... might be worth trying to get some Fast Cast then, since I lack a FC staff.
I'm really torn between Leafslit and Leafdim for my Keraunos atm (Siphon+25 vs FastCast)
Siphon+25 would be much better than my SMNskill+7 staff I use at the moment, but it's not like I spam Siphon every time it's up, and even if I did it's a 5min cooldown ja. Fast cast on the other hand would be useful on all of my mage jobs for precast sets and even recast sets. Someone please share their opinions so I can make up my mind! :( The new eudaemon weapons are just "Ex" no? Potentially, you could get another and augment them in different ways? Yeah, the "right" answer would bet getting like 3 or 4 different keraunos with all sort of marginal and situational different bonuses.
It's more that I was kinda trying to avoid that, if you know what I mean D: Spent maybe 7-8mil on leafslit+2 stones (300k each) no sign of WSD+, but I did get one crit hit damage+3, which apparently is rare also.
Lots of Sharpshot 1-5, Rapidshot 2-3, Stp 1-4, MDT/PDT/BDT -1 to -4 and some stb, couple had crit+. if anyone keeping track anywhere Is DDx4 brd whm ok for Rala Alluvion or would I need to take a tank as well?
