It's week 5!

Yea...me and my family were bad, we did lots of things. This one, we ding dong ditch and the neighbor came driving after us. We ran through woods, yards, jumped fences, and ran like a mofo. Was good times :)



And I know my skills in paint aren't the best but its paint... lol

Yes. It is a mspaint CHALLANGE. I don't care to win this week. However, doesn't mean I didn't want to push MS paint as far as I could. That and I havn't seen my grandparents in about 12 years so had a urge to draw a fond childhood memory with them. Except the stupid babushka...god how I hated those things.

Holy crap that blows mine out of the water. I wish I hadn't broken my Wacom pen. :/

Mine is on it's last leg...doesn't read half the time and does random lines sometimes...

Ahaha, Raines is beautiful, but now Im kinda torn between it and the exploding pumpkin.

I cant think of anything to draw at the moment.

@.@ What's a wacam pen?

A wacom is most of the time used to draw on pc, it's this little drawboard with a pen you can draw on so you get your lines on the pc (works way better then drawing it with a mouse) @.@ i still have one somewhere but with all the FFXI playing i don't draw all that mutch nomore :/

Rainewaters, I noticed you did a base lineart sketch in multiple colours, then did reline art in black. How do you have the patience to reline in black w/o using layers? :X I would have pressed the little X of doom after 10 mins w/o layers >_>

I personally use an Intuos 3, it's pretty good, much better than my old Graphire 1 I had forever. I hate doing line art digitally, either way. Pencil + paper, followed by inking, will always give you much better control, at least for me. Some people prefer to ink digitally, it depends on my mood, I find. Anyways, getting off topic. xD

I hear some people using Bamboo over Intuos. I couldn't tell ya how well Bamboo handles over Intuos, but the price is much cheaper, so I will assume you get what you pay for. Not sure if they carry Wacom at Best Buy, I just got mine online. :x I think I have seen other brands though in stores.

Easy. do the colored lines first, then go over it w/ the black line. Eyedropper tool the sketch colors, spaming between white and that color until the color is gone. It get annoying, but after spending 50+ hours on stuff like my homework, you learn to be very patient. I would have gone crazy though if i had done more than 2 base sketch colors though...-__-;;

My aiptek tablet lasted me a good 5 years..well it still works, I just gave it to my younger siblings (will probably break before it quits working now!) as I now also have a wacom >.o The only issue is the pen used batteries and sometimes you had unlucky bouts where the settings would be all out of wack. Wacom is the supreme of supreme, they're expensive.

Yeah. Got mine for $104 7 years ago...surprised it hasn't died yet.

Here here, I fix. My favorite part is the quick swapping to keep up in campaign. lol

Waaaayyyy too much work for me. I can't be bothered to do stuff like that in paint. Sure, you'll get a more accurate sketch, but mehhhh.

It is impressive, though, and I admire your patients.

Elementary school... 4th(?) grade...

Nothing can beat the exhilaration felt when you get a friggin' goddamn CHARIZARD from your first booster pack... ever.

I didn't even know how to play the card game either! It pissed all my friends off sooooooooooo much...

ohhhhhhhhhmygod. lol Want to hold off voting before everything's in, but ..effffff, can it get any better than that? lol

Dear lawd... Do I HAVE to? >.>; I kinda didn't notice that part in the rules til now...
