In terms of evolution of religions, Islam is on top. Unless you count Scientology.

You people seriously haven't given following Cthulhu a chance.

When I picked up FFXI, I knew Altana was speaking to me when she sent me on those adventures across Vana'diel with my friends. From the peaks of Uleguerand to the depths of Cirdas, Altana is the way, Altana is the light. Tanaka was her prophet, Sundi her high priest, Square Enix the vehicle by which she entered our world and blessed us with the crystal.

It all began with a stone, Or so the legend says. In ages past, a sentient jewel, enormous and beautiful banished the darkness.

Isn't Altana's greatest enemy someone whose butt can be kicked by a party of level 75's? Shouldn't she be worshiping us?

Promathia? They aren't enemies moreso Altana tried to split Promy up to keep him alive (lovers) while Promathias essence wants to die hence emptiness. Promathia wasn't even at full power either! Shinryu was closer to his 'true' form but not even.

The celestials are roughly equivalent to Altana but the Goddess gave life to our races, split the crystal to give birth to our land, lives in our hearts and in underwhelming expansions that took too many years to conclude. We've been chosen by the Goddess to carry out her will and pay subscription tithes so we can't let her down.

We are the warriors of light!

I heard somewhere the Jesus never really existed, whereas Mohammad was a real person that existed.

Well supposedly we know where mohammad is buried but we don't know where jesus body is I think.

As a Muslim, let me explain to you and please keep in mind that I am not trying to convince you, rather than just informing you what Us, Muslims believe.

Jesus(PBUH) did exist and was conceived by a Virgin mother(Mary may peace be upon her). And yes we do believe he brought back the dead as well as curing the blind, but it was done by the Creator's power.

Rather than Jesus being God(Roman Catholics believe) or God's Son(Orthodox believe-Eastern Europe), Muslims believe him being as one of the messengers that had been sent to his people at his time to guide them, similar to Moses/Muhammad/,etc..(PBUT) - Their all just humans, who lived and died like any other.

As for the burial and death of Muhammad(PBUH) and Jesus(PBUH). Muhammad(PBUH) did pass away, and is buried under a Masjid(Mosque by westerners, but Muslims call it Masjid, since Mosque means the "House of Bee's"). Because, as some maniacs/crazy's would instead worship him(a man) rather than worshiping the Creator.

As for Jesus(PBUH), the Christians, well 97% of them) do believe that Jesus(PBUH) was crucified and did die for all of humanities sin, but for the Muslims, we believe that he has been risen up to the heavens(not paradise, there two different places), saved by the Creator, to be sent down again to his second coming(Christians & Muslims believe he will come down on earth again) and that the person who got crucified instead was Judas(one of Jesus's(PBUH) disciple).

PS: If anyone wants any extra information, they are always welcomed to send me an inbox.
Having grown up in a Christian family until I turned 4 or so, and having decided to leave the church, and having read the bible until I was 13 out of curiosity, I can vouch for some of these beliefs, as they intermingle (at least from what I was taught), though many of the other beliefs contradicted themselves.

What I find to be the intriguing part, is that "Jesus" had no otherworldly powers himself, and instead, was used as a vessel.

Another belief I came across, is that there were 4 Sons of God, one of each quarter of the Earth, that were sent by, or used as a vessel, to spread a Creator's message of peace and prosperity.

There are also similarities thought to have existed between the idea of a Creator between North American indigenous peoples and that of the Muslim idea of the Creator, and of course, vast differences.

Your answer is in your typing Blood.

I will send you a youtube video, please check your inbox.

Nope, 7amdellah I know how to read; maybe you should rethink your pride.

It has nothing to do with pride. You just need to use your logic, since Islam is all about logic. Want proof? I can bring you proof.

Given the amount of Scotsmen that relocated to the Southern United States through time really the "no instant grits" is, in fact, a literal offshoot of "No True Scotsman".

By the way, just to put this out here, The discovery of the "Big Bang", that was discovered by scientists in the 1930's(not sure which exact year), was mentioned in the Qu'ran 1,400 years ago. Mind blowing right.

It's described in many "holy" texts.

(Deity) created (everything) out of (nothing).

it's not exactly unique to your religion.

No, it's not mind-blowing at all. Mythology has a habit of being grandiose with their stories.

Atheist is a very baited word because it implies the denial of anything greater than myself.

I'd say I'm an extremely skeptical agnostic.

I'm not completely disbelieving of the possibility of an intelligence or state of being greater than we humans can comprehend.

But I strongly believe that the concept of religion as most all humans practice it is deeply flawed to the point of being irredeemable as any type of scientific concept.

Not in any holy scripture, except in the Qu'ran. And trust me, I read the Holy bible(all versions), as well as the Hindu scriptures, and the Quran.

"(Deity) created (everything) out of (nothing)." That quote you quoted me Ramyrez does not refer to the "Big Bang". So please, when you answer, I need proof.
