Which rings are better? Aquilo's rings x2: Int+6 fire ele -30 each

or Fenrir rings x2: 50 mp Dark ele +15 mag acc +2 and MAB +2

basically int +12 or Mag acc +4/MAB =+4?

Depending on how much INT your target has vs your own INT, that combination can be extremely inferior to 2 shiva rings which can translate to higher than MAB+8 macc+8 equivalent. (nevermind the hq version)

But I'd want 2 fenrir rings +1 regardless, because
-non INT based magical spells/weaponskills
-Tier I nukes
-they work for all jobs, unlike strendu

HQ version is the only rings worth buying!
