If Seif is correct it correlates with my current theory that crafting torques are located only in RotZ areas. I've been trying to look for possible patterns and this is all I could readily see.

However, Gustav Tunnel already had a rare/ex Liminus Earring while the other confirmed zones do not.

I saw when I went to void watch Npc under zilart teles all the other torques were on that list, so I went to den 1st got gold to drop in 15 min, then went to the tree and got carver to drop in 20 min, so I see kuftal and here I am. I'm sure you will have your screenshots soon. I know den isn't on the list but its where I started. I had page up but no prowess yet.

Nice, knowing SE loves their patterns I wanted to see if I could find one before heading out to farm. I'm going to farm gold torque now, since that's first on my list.

I'm still doubtful on Gustav Tunnel holding 2 rare/ex, Labrynth of Onzozo and Kuftal Tunnel seem most likely from my perspective.

SSG and Korraloka are the only other RotZ zones with no Rare/EX, Did I miss any?

I've been trying Korroloka Tunnel but I had ***luck just getting ANY brown box.

I'll keep trying though after I'm done with these Alluvion Skirmishes.

Just need to find weaver and cooking.... my luck if I go to a zone on each char my cook will get weaver and my cc will get cook. I am sure of it...

Probably placebo, but I am getting significantly less casket pops in boyahda tree than I was getting in Den of Rancor and Upper Deklfutts. Even with Casket Discovery prowess.

I was getting a ton in Onzozo, but barely any in Bostaunieu. Just luck I suppose? Looks like I'll be living in the Den for awhile, knowing my torque luck ;;.

My guesses are Shrine of Ru'Avitau, Labyrinth of Onzozo or Sea Serpent Grotto for the remaining two. (assuming we stay with the Zilart Dungeon area theme)
