I'm pretty sure kids are going to *** up even if you give them sex ed birth control etc. You have too much faith in people.

Some will shape up, others will opt for a lifetime of child abuse and loathing towards a creation they don't want/desire.
We can set up filters but I certainly don't want parents forced into the old 'responsibility' trap which essentially means torturing a child for years on end by phoning in parenthood. Arguably one of the most difficult tasks any human can engage in.
