It's not accurate though. That's basically claiming you know the truth and see things accurately and the other person doesn't. Judgements are based on lots of things observation is one of them then it's put through a filter of human which quite frankly sucks.
Ergo, it is accurate. Pointing out something is not intrinsically making a judgment on that which was pointed out.
Pointing out an observation, or the way it was pointed out can be insulting, but subjectively so, or if the intent was to be insulting.
In Seha's case, pointing out an observation, where there was no levied judgment, is not a judgment, but *strictly* an observation.
As to the bolded you know that is entirely false, and is said strictly to antagonize people.
I wasn't judging you as a person, but pointing out an inconsistency in your behaviour. But you don't care, it only matters what you think I meant.
