"All I know is what I read on the internet." - Donald J. Trump

Hell, I should just fly you down here and take you to a restaurant downtown so you can have some real good Tex-Mex. I promise you, you will never eat Taco Bell ever again. And I am sure that many have nothing to do with computers but have staffers to take care of the tech stuff. Are you happy with Obama turism in Cuba?
Brazilian right side press is saying the only "historic" fact with the visit was the shame to see Obama cumplicity with the prison of protesters in the same day he arrives in Cuba. Loosening restrictions with Cuba will raise the quality of life for the average Cuban; this is a good thing! It will also help to prop up a corrupt regime, beyond when it might have finally faltered and collapsed. And there isn't really any cause for the leader of the free world to be up on stage, all buddy-buddy with a man who has imprisoned, tortured, and killed for political beliefs. In a historic press conference, Obama not only allowed Castro to be pressed on political prisoners. He joined in himself. Politico That is reason enough right there. Phoenix.Amandarius

Yeah, he didn't get played at all. Is that a tear in Che's eye? 40 more years! 40 more years! I think you may have missed my point. I know what good Mexican and Tex-Mex are. I like them a lot. But I also like my Taco Bell! I was being factitious...
Point stands, you can't have good Tex-Mex without having it from Texas.
Like you can't have good sushi without eating it in Japan. Or good Italian food without eating it in Italy (although I know a place in SA that comes close, actually decent). Here, let me send you a tamale. Just don't ask what it's made from. Offline

About one hour ago. Dead count at 13 and many wounded. edit: there was another in a metro too, 10 dead there. I'm quite surprised especially that they managed to hit an airport, I thought those would be pretty hard to strike(they have some over the top surveilance don't they).
Less surprised about the metro, as someone who uses it frequently I always thought it's the easiest way to kill a bunch of people.. They hit the departure area before the check-in, which is pretty much the front door. At least in Europe these are not as heavily guarded as the actual airport. Though, I can see that change quite soon. [edit] I must admit that this hits me quite hard, I mean, I flew home just a day ago. (Although not through Brussels). Offline

Paris, now this.
Muslim communities across Europe really need to get a lid on this, fast. The far-right backlash is going to get stronger and stronger and I fear where it is going to end up. I'm not too worried about that Rua, yes, the right wing is getting a stronger presence here, but I do not see them take over as they won't get enough support to form a majority in most of the European political systems.
Personally, I'm far more worried about the USA in that regard. Leviathan.Vienne

A Kurdisch newsagency has stated its a IS attack, although it is said this agency is not always accurate.
Well IS has claimed it theirs too; and tbh there is no real reason to believe it wouldn't be related to them.
Ruaumoko said: » Can put good money on it being ISIS, potentially in retaliation for Belgian authorities grabbing the head of the Paris attacks. Think Belgian police are raiding houses in Brussels now
Haven't seen any official reports on that yet, but it's very possible they are.
