My statement was refuting a ridiculous blanket statement in the first place.

Nowhere have I ever said a higher education will not give you a better chance at making more money!

I merely said a higher education IS NOT NEEDED to make a middle class living. Your own chart supports my argument and it doesn't even give information on people 25 and younger and self-employed OR small business! Biased!
Great job refuting Seha's obvious sarcasm.

You were trying to make it sound like education didn't matter because of these "several people" you know. An average is a better indicator. How does it support the argument that higher education isn't needed? I'm genuinely curious. Also, what kind of effect do you think the inclusion of <25 year olds would even have? An advanced degree for someone so young is probably quite rare so exclusion of that category actually removes some bias.

I think Rome also fell because of lead in their drinking water which caused death, disease, and infertility. I don't remember if it was Rome that used lead as a sweetener of sorts or if that was something else in another empire.

So that is how Flint got the idea!

I've shown how and why it is biased twice and you refuse to accept it. Not my problem.

No you haven't, you have just given your opinion, (which no one is accepting) thats not the same as "showing."

It doesn't include anyone who took vocational education in high school and went straight into a $10-$15hr job and will be making 20-25 in 5 years.

You know the very first thing I quoted....
Quote:
These education categories reflect only the highest level of education attained. They do not take into account completion of training programs in the form of apprenticeships and other on-the-job training,

But you and vic are too busy being petty to notice and/or care.

Point is people are stupid and do stupid stuff, kinda like P&R. You guys keep arguing, slapping each other, and drinking the proverbial lead of P&R and you're gonna start noticing teeth and hair falling out and your nads shriveling up like dried prunes.

I already pointed that out, but yeah, its a fractional percentile, whose omission does not skew the results at all, but he is fixated on it in an effort to discredit you. Its not working and I doubt he will be able to provide any data on that tiny demographic.

Is there some reason why you think they wouldn't be included in the high school category? I went to a vocational school and if you had completed the vocational program chances are you graduated as well.

Straight out of high school/vocational training. Get a job! Making twice the minimum wage with the potential to be make $20+ after 5 years! Before the age of 24 I may add!

So if you spend some time playing with altima's infomercial, it looks likes being a welder is a dead end job that you have to work at for over 20 years to average $22 an hour. Yikes. Go to college.

That's like the worse welding job ever as well. You can make 30-40 and hour once you get some time under your belt and learn mig, tig. plasma. Retire at 50.

Sure go to college. But it isn't free and doesn't need to be! God forbid you take the money you earn from welding or any of the MANY other vocational jobs that pay better and use it to pay for college if you feel the need.

Or you can do like all the bernie supporters/democrat/liberal/socialists. Go work at walmart or mcdonalds and *** because you refuse to actually better yourself with the opportunities that are literally GIVEN to you during High school!

You can play it without a Fighter in the party. Ever try a 4 THF party? The start is very very rough. Like first time in the back door rough.

I dunno, why can't they?

Oh, wait.. because then they would have to actually work and not mooch off the successful. Since the democrat/liberal/socialist party enables them.<br /> Don't forget vote Hillary/Bernie 2016 for your free ride!

altima has long been on a binge about going from high school to working in a factory for your entire life. He tries to glamorize it and everything. Its an awful career and everyone knows it.

I don't know what tone the rainbow tag is supposed to convey there. Partisan nonsense?

Anyway, you seem to be highly in favor of high school vocational programs (I am too), which is free educational training. Why is the line drawn there? Should post-high school vocational training be free as well? Is so, why not include higher education?

You people act like you should have everything given to you because no way exists to claw your way out of the gutter. No, it's not glamorous, it puts food on the table and everything else you and your family need. If you don't like it save your money and go to college and get a better job. The option exists to those that will work for it.
Nothing in this world is free and stealing money from people that have done this or even came from a family with money is flat out wrong.

It is not "free educational training" someone is paying for it! Just like "free college" is not going to be free and "free healthcare" is not free! The cord needs cut somewhere.
You are wrong. The end.

No one is acting like that. Just because no one wants a dead end career doesn't mean they want things handed to them. Pretty much any career path is a far better option than working in a factory for 30 years.
