I'm fairly certain it was already made clear that in his eyes Muslims do not deserve protections under the First Amendment, and given it trumps (hah) all the others, clearly the Second Amendment doesn't apply either. Edit: To make it clear, that is to say, the KKK, Westboro, and all those other specific hate groups do deserve protections under those amendments despite their explicit messages of hate and intolerance. But "Muslims" as a whole do not.
