I generally don't speak in specifics, especially when I'm specifically being general.

I don't like to stereotype people except when making a valid point !

Unless you disregard the New Testament and just don't buy into that "love everyone and look past their sins because you aren't perfect either" concept that Jesus fella tried to tell you. I do understand my beliefs. I can love the people and deplore the actions. Is that too hard for you to understand? Never did I say that I hate homosexuals. What I did say is that I wouldn't have my business involved in an affair that is sinful. I'd not support a gay marriage, a Wiccan sabbat, etc. That doesn't mean that I hate those people. If someone actively pursues a sinful behavior then I should shun them, if they will not respond to loving discussion of why their behavior is sinful and that the Lord wants them to change it. I mentioned earlier a prominent member of my church is a non-practicing homosexual. He wouldn't be allowed a position of authority if he pursued a path of sinful behavior. Same thing applies to an alcoholic. If he's "on the wagon" he could hold an office in the church. If he fell off the wagon and again lost himself in drink, then he'd be removed from office. We'd still love him and try to help him end his sinful practice. See Matthew 18:15-20. Is it so hard for you to see the distinction between normal social/economic interactions (selling a customer a bagel) and becoming a part of an that to me is sinful (gay wedding, Wiccan sabbat, binge drinking party, etc.)? Where did I say I hated homosexuals? Your bigotry is the one on display here, not mine. Don't fret, I'll pray for you, that some day you'll see the Light. It doesn't have to be so binary, and the fact that you view it that way isn't surprising. You se it on these boards every day on every side. Take you for example. You staunchly stand on the republican side for some things but you edge more towards the middle on other topics. I'm viewed as a liberal here but I'm pro-life. It's pretty easy to see that you can disagree with the general business practices of a company but still agree with a specific stance they take outside of that. It doesn't make an argument to say that can't agree with something because you disagree with something else they do. The having your cake and eating it too wouldn't apply. Binge drinking hmm? Man.. would you be able to supply a product to any wedding at that point?

That is why I don't feel guilty about going to Starbucks. Sure I disagree with the social justice ***. But damn it they have some good coffee. Plus there is no other coffee shop around sadly...

I was under the assumption the only reason to get married is to be drunk afterwards !
I put milk in my coffee so I can't taste the burned taste so much. Or do you just make more excuses to exclude people and pretend God told you to? Seraph.Ramyrez said: » Asura.Emoneaone said: » Don't fret, I'll pray for you, that some day you'll see the Light. My first question when invited to a wedding is "Open bar?".
Asura.Emoneaone said: » Wiccan sabbat Also, essentially every holiday you celebrate as a "Christian" holiday is appropriated from older traditions that predate Christianity or even old testament times. Or do you also believe in the "young Earth" idiocy? Offline

I remember wiccans from high school. I think that movie Blair Witch Project converted a lot of people.

Though the few times I have they are surprisingly friendly... I've been there a few times out of social obligations and the store itself isn't bad, just frequently the clientele. I don't care for the Starbucks coffees, but they also own Seattle's Best and I like a few of that brand, and I'll buy that stuff for at home. So I guess I still support them in some fashion. fonewear said: » I remember wiccans from high school. I think that movie Blair Witch Project converted a lot of people. No, no. It wasn't high school and it wasn't Blair Witch. For you it was more like late elementary school/early middle school, and it was The Craft. And let's be honest; you run into four girls dressed like that you'll consider converting too. Lakshmi.Flavin said: » Idk... I've been to some pretty awful weddings when booze was present so I doubt it's just because the wedding is dry that makes it that way lol. I have never been to a dry wedding though myself. Let me put it this way. Alchohol doesn't make a good wedding. But lack of it nearly always makes a bad one. Offline

I see I get my witch movies mixed up.
I honestly didn't know the difference between a goth and a wicca cause I didn't really care in high school Seraph.Ramyrez said: » fonewear said: » I remember wiccans from high school. The latter does those things sometimes, but also subscribes to neo-pagan spiritualism. Leviathan.Chaosx said: » That's Hollywood.
