Does ne1 know the proc rate of the HP Drain. On spreadsheet its a very good scythe just wondering if the HP procs alot.

The item page on ah.com suggests 5~10%. I'm interested to know if this is worth getting for soloing/messing around or should I suck it up and get apoc?

Working on rag, so scythe is more utility and soloing for me.

Suggestions?

Suck it up and get apoc. Nothing else will compare to the utility.

Or you can search. It drops in Rala Aldovion Skirmish.
