Why do I never see "Democrat does......"?
I'll start by saying that I do not entirely believe the philosophy for either main political party. As the title says I read through forums on this site and I never see a democrat did something stupid or said something offensive threads? Whys is that?
Because all the right thinking people have been banned or given up on trying to make the liberal mind accept common sense.
Thanks, Obama.
Both parties are in charge of keeping rich people rich. That's is their job. The fact that there are two parties is a front to make people look like they are on different sides. They are not. The only goal of both sides is to keep rich people rich plain and simple.

Being liberal or conservative has nothing to do with having or lacking any form of "common sense." The entire concept of "common sense" is purely subjective anyway, and has no real measure. I was toying with you, but good response regardless. 100% agree that parties are a front for the rich and elite. That is why I find it so curious sometimes that it seems very one sided on these forums. Seems like most of the base is hard core liberal, or maybe just the ones that choose to post. I see a couple on the hard right but not many
I figured, but I'm tired, and for some reason feel like I'm going to vomit, I never get sick.
That being said on the matter of people constantly using the phrase "common sense" in political discussions: It really is just a talking point and holds no real meaning, these aren't matters where people can't take what "sounds good" and make laws on it. (I use the word "people" loosely when talking about politicians). Let's just take the matter of a balanced budget requirement for the federal government, it sounds good on paper, and yes it would get our spending under control, however we'd lose the ability to be able to emergency spend, and do infrastructure spending (where all that damn money should have went instead of to bailout the people who caused the economic mess). I'd be all for requiring a "more" balanced budget, but the question remains: what parts are we going to cut? personally, I'd guy DHS, TSA, NSA, and the FBI (copyright investigation division, make companies do their own ***). screw their funding, also do a reform on the whole "if you don't spend it, you lose it" with the budgets of some departments, it causes too much unnecessary spending. Also cut congress' pay and the President's. the sad part is: that's probably not even much of the budget, however it would shrink a lot of the bloated government back down to size. Honestly while we're at it, we should sue all the members of congress who caused the shut down for the entire price tag of that shut down. Make them be responsible for being worse than a bunch of shitty children. edit: also stop all the anti-gun nonsense, it's a waste of *** time. same with the anti-voter fraud ***, voter fraud isn't a real issue! There's a few hardcore democrats on here, but not many. Please stop using the term "liberal" in the way you're using it, you're just making yourself look bad. This site is really against republicans. So pretty much every political thread is going to be against them or some kind of liberal stab. I like roll my eyes whenever a political or religious thread pops up since its just more of the same.

You can argue that. Socially? Not even close. Jetackuu said: » Sieha1 said: » This site is really against republicans. Duh, only real Americans are Republicans. Bahamut.Ravael said: » Economically? You can argue that. Socially? Not even close. I'm not talking about the voters, I'm talking about the politicians themselves. Honestly maybe short of hippies, guns and the overkill with the environment crap, I don't have much of an issue with the democratic social policy. The Republican's social policy is total ***though, and their economic policies don't hold up to history. There was a nice screenshot I had the other day, I'll look it up tomorrow if I have time at work, relevant to the point I'm attempting to make. Both sides are fascist dickweeds though, as far as I'm concerned everyone who signed the Patriot Act is a traitor. Sieha1 said: » This site is really against republicans. On the contrary, I think the site is very supportive of Republicans, it's the Republicans that are very against Republicans. IE. Sieha1 Go to a video game site where the overwhelming majority will be younger people and be completely puzzled by the majority liberal voices. Then there's the anti-evolution stuff, the anti-climate change stuff, the anti-big bang stuff; general anti-science in general. Then there's stuff like this: Quote: Thombs then declared that she wanted to make sure history lessons were written by “experts, not people from some socialist higher education.” Maybe if she actually took her education more seriously, this state board of education candidate would know how to spell words like adgendas and ideoligies correctly.
