Changing Gear Sets When Changing Seigan/hasso

I have my XML set up to recognize whether or not Seigan is active. If it is, it equips my -DT set. If Seigan isn't active, it equips my TP set.

The problem I'm having is that my gear doesn't change when I switch to/from Hasso & Seigan unless I do an action that would force my gear to change otherwise.

Basically what I want to do is make it check to see if
1) Seigan is active AND I'm wearing my TP set
2) Hasso is active AND I'm wearing my DT set
and then re-equip the appropriate set if I change from one mode to the other. Any thoughts?

EDIT: Just realized that I was making this more complicated then necessary. I'm just going to trigger the equipment change with Action Equip upon Hasso/Seigan use.
