On Carbuncle we average during NA time 450-700 on weekdays and during JP time 700-1000

But on weekends during NA late night and JP afternoons it has gotten to as high as 1600-1750 this past weekend.

Ill try to screenshot numbers for you this weekend OP :)

I'm unsure of how large an impact it would make but many people who know there's maintenance and possible issues with plugins or download times or extensions won't even bother and will go do something else. It'll give you a number of how many people are logged in at that time, but other than that, it's going to be largely speculation.

To be fair it's been like doubled of what it was 6 months ago. When FFXIV launched cerby's around ~2xx now it's ~4xx

EU prime time has always been low on people though. It's not too good of a representation of the population as a whole.

Im on Ragnarok as well and today it's low but I sea all a few times a day everyday and we get anywhere from 600-1400 depending on day and time.

Yah it's usually floats from around 400 at the least active time of the day to 1500ish people on Japanese big hours for week days.

At weekends we peak around 2100 people during Japanese big hours...

These numbers are a little off because of maintenance today some of the afk mules haven't logged back in I see approximately 1000 on asura a lot of the time recently. I think the population on average seems to be up on asura by 100-200 from a couple months ago most of the time.
