Got mine just now (Amazon), was sad to see it crushed. The outerbox was destroyed, and the CD case was actually cracked. This is the worst condition I've ever received any item from Amazon in. Was really upset about it. I called them and of course they don't have any replacements :/ will probably just settle and accept it as it is.
Game CD and AR cards are fine, just the outerbox is crushed and ripped in some areas and CD case had a big crack in the front.

EDIT: Rep was very understanding, as he said he had bought it himself, was a cool guy and talked to the higher up, they said I could return it for a refund or keep it with a 20$ discount. I just kept it at discount.


Anyone else have issues getting it from Amazon? Also after this experience, think I may have to resort to Gamestop for CE's @.@

It's not really Amazon's fault that the shipping company didn't take care of the box, so props to them for doing something.

Yes and no, they shipped it to me in an unpadded mailer (not even bubbled). So. . .yea. . .I love amazon don't get me wrong, just this one time, they could've done better.

Best Buy went out of their way with the packaging. About 60 of those big air bubble things, some packing peanuts, and some soft foam around the outside of the box. They even put the game box inside of a plastic bag in case it got wet somehow <_<

ok I'll retract my statement, I recall their 3ds game mailer, yeah it sucks.

Last games I ordered from them came in that, but it worked out ok. I think they have a "rate shipping" feature, did you hit that?

Lol, that's what I'm hearing on other Forums as well. Best Buy buyers got excessive Packaging and Amazon skimped out this time around.

Definitely did, first time I ever give them a bad rating on shipping. I was nice about it though.
