starting price for a plot of land on siren is 8m for small 30m for med. and 100m for large lol that's a little high don't ya think?

Not really. It's an expense that's meant to be distributed among an entire FC. It's also nice to have some high-end goals in the game that can't be plowed through in an afternoon.
