My Enhancing Magic Script Isnt Working

i just recently started playing on a laptop and im trying to cap my enhanching magic for sch and healing for whm i found a enhancing magic script but im just having a hard time getting it to work from what i understand it was supposed to automatically go off when i switched to whm but idk? is there any one that can help me with this trying to figure out how spell cast works. thanks in advance
