Armada Sollerets Augmenting

So, after about 200 tatters, I just want to confirm that it is possible to get 4 haste on the feet... I have got max stat in everything else BUT that at one point or another and just want to make sure there is not some wrong info on BG about what stats it can get.

I've seen a ss of 4 but I haven't even gotten 3 on hq, I have 3 on nq though.

Got boatload of 3s, but have not seen a single 4 yet...

Figure gonna keep using whatever I get from sky gods from login, stupid synergy...

It took me FOREVER to get Haste+4%. I had a "perfect" (Store TP+6/DblAttck+3) Armada Hauberk in far fewer synths than it took me to get Haste +4%.

for awhile, even when I submitted this screenshot back in 2012 I was complaining about not being able to get 4%.

These are my latest, JUST got them done this week...

Having to try to get it 3x is gonna drive me nuts, I'm probably just gonna be happy with whatever 3 haste ones I have when login event points for sky gods run out.

Main character has:
call beast -10
pet haste +3
pet sublte blow +6

Mule 1 has:
Pet: DEF +9
Haste +3
Sublte Blow +7

Mule 2 has:
Pet Haste +3
Pet Subtle Blow +5
