I know some people have been having problems with it not working with some of the people on their white list.

Doesn't work with my 3 characters no matter how I try and scramble it, and doesn't work with my friend. Glad to know its not just us.

You can make something I expect is similar using AutoExec.

<register event="invite_[name]">input /join</register>

That'll immediately accept a PT invite anytime [name] sends one.

For example, if you wanted to accept an invite whenever I sent one, you'd use:
<register event="invite_Hitetsu">input /join</register>

That has been fixed recently. A commit ended up on the wrong branch.

And yes, AE provides similar event handling, although much more rudimentary. AutoJoin will, for example, not attempt to join if you're stuck in a CS, or have something in your treasure pool. It will wait until all conditions are clear and then immediately join.

The AutoJoin in the dev build of Windower also has an option that blocks joins regardless of the whitelist/blacklist if the pool isn't empty.
