Unable To Enter Wildskeeper Reive

Just wondering, does anyone know if you are unable to enter below a certain percentage. The last two shouts I've tried to join, when I get to the ? It says "The air grows tense with some strange force" the party leader indicated the fight was still going on, and I also had the KI. Am I missing somethin? I have done this before with no issues.

Now that the fight is definitely over it says "the air grows tense with some strange force. However, you sense nothing out of the ordinary. Going further in will accomplish nothing." Must be you can't enter below a certain percentage, wonder how low.

did you pass through colonization reive?

Had you run through a reive and exited without completing it while running to the Wildskeeper? The 5 minute penalty would have applied.

Apparently you can log in and out to reset it as well, rather than waiting the 5 minutes.
