I hate the Holographic sight. The dot takes up so much screen, can barely see the person from a distance when looking down. I use Red Dot + FMJ with my FAMAS, requiring my shots to be accurate as hell. I land headshots rather easy. Either way, running around with Danger Close + AT4 or RPG is tons more fun. :3
It should be noted that at close range, with stopping power, both M16 and FAMAS kill in two shots, and at long range, they both kill in three. One burst is enough to kill anyone short of Painkiller, no matter what. FAMAS has the advantage at 37-47 meters, other than that I'd use M16.

Yeah I agree but red dot sight gets glare.. it's why I stick to ole iron sights on most weapons + iron sights draw faster.
I have a 1200p monitor for MW2, lol. I can see the target in the circle. Idk if you can tell on SD TVs but the reticule is a circle with a smaller dot in the middle. It seems to make it easier to aim for me.

It's a bulls eye crosshairs. Just farther targets fill the dot more easily compared to iron sights or red dot.
Nothing will replace the old akimbo 1887s. I shouldn't get a nuke by running around with *** shotguns without hiding nor stopping once, lol.
lol yeah, they nerfed them *** hard... I get nukes with rangers though.... they have a real short reload time... when ammo slots fill.. just sprint and it takes you out of animation... takes like 2 seconds.
