And I never said chaos gives more att than double min I actually said the opposite (even though it can). I said that if you use racc anywhere including food you will get more out of cor.
But if you want to get into that I will finish it for you.
So lets see ratt boost from 11 with drk proc is 41%. Your base ratt would be skill+ str/2 +ratt gear. 80 rng is 294 +16 merits. Str let's say you tp around 70ish. And say you only use 20ish ratt in your tp set.
That would put your base ratt at 365 meaning that roll is giving 149 att.
But yes if you don't use any racc gear or food double min will come out higher most the time especially if you don't have a drk

Ok so using somewhat lowball numbers 310 skill. 70 str on tp, 120 on ws. 28ratt on tp, 38 on ws. And at least a 10 on chaos roll (29%). Taking the food factor off to see how much ratt food needs to be better.
tp double min= {( 8 + 310 + 70/2 + (28) + (+124)) * (1.15)}= 580
ws double min = {( 8 + 310 + 120/2 + (38) + (+124)) * (1.15)}= 621
tp chaos = {( 8 + 310 + 70/2 + (28)) * (1 + .15 + .29))}= 548 (674 w/ curry)
ws chaos = {( 8 + 310 + 120/2 + (28)) * (1 + .15 + .29))}= 584. ( 718 w/ curry)
So pots would need a cap of 100 or so to win. And only dragon meat foods have that high. Granted this assumes a drk and merited cor that isn't completely HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE. Ie uses fold/snake eyes so can hit either 10, 11 or lucky each time.
Or you could go super crazy and make a 3 hit gun build that is dependent on sam roll

Turns out it does stop at 999 but for some reason it round up to base 18 tp per hit. Which would make a 3 hit viable with a cor in pt. With a decent roll or sam proc you could do it with a regular gun.
