Yeah, but I am curious if it works in "tiers" like STP does, and if I need a specific amount of it in gear to make a considerable difference in mob TP accumulation.
SB is a nice addition to TP, but not what you should be working on unless you're tanking.

But unless you can account for every source of tp given to the mob over time AND assume it always uses move at 100% there is now way to figure out Xhit for mob.
Just wondering if 16/18 attack with 4 SB is worth the 2-6 attack loss. Assuming I'm not wearing any other SB pieces.
