Curious as to why I was rated down so much in that fake GM pic. I still have yet to get answers as to what makes my comment so flawed. You'd think if people were so disgusted with it, they'd answer to it.

The one with the DRG wearing askar helm. The comments seemed to flow towards that direction so I made the the comment that it isn't so horrible if he's simply farming/soloing.

No one should carry around askar head unless they are a relic user(drk for instance) or are using sam/drg and are over the cap. That might be why.
You can apply logic to it like you did in your post, but 9/10 people wearing any askar are not applying logic to wearing it and are infact gimp.

Heh yeah. I was gonna say it's great when you can break the cap by applying it in a less vital slot like you mentioned, but really I don't see how 1% haste is majorly significant over 23 DEF, 4 DEX, 4 STR and 4 VIT when it comes to farming tigers >_________>

It's not that you were wrong in that very, very specific instance. It's that the person wearing it was most likely a retard that wears it in exp/endgame and when they read comments like yours they don't read it the right way and think you are agreeing it's a good head slot item for all the time.
That's just how rate downs and ups are gonna work, Etern already said it, if it's not funny or assholeish, it's getting a - vote.

Generally when you TP against something, even 1% has a significant increase to your overall DPS when accumulated together with other haste slots, even over 4 DEX & STR, thus turban is better than it, and also easier to obtain. However, I would gladly sacrifice that 1% for the defense and attributes when I'm dicking around farming or soloing.
You'd be surprised how much a difference over a period of time missing slot of defense can add up.

Why's it so terrible? In terms of pure damage output, dropping 1% Haste is up to 5% slower attack speed, meaning 5% slower DoT and 5% less WSs.

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
