From what I've heard the new trend is moving away from .AVI. Sometimes it seems like the choices are just preference, like calling .AVI old and shitty, and VLC trash, but ever since I moved to MPC-HC and .MKVs things have looked and played considerably better. lol As far as I understand it MKV is just a container like .AVI anyway so the audio and video streams themselves may be the same or similar anyway.
Ok I started doing something since I was bored and all the hype has died down. The thing I am doing is acp.. as soon as i got on gatherer of light (1) I already started to hater it.
