Yep. When it comes down to it, it's all about if you decide to pursue with getting the girl.
On Facebook, they suggest young *** girls to me all the damn time, some as low as 13 years old. Now those are a little easier to tell, but some of the 14/15 year olds look pretty grown in face and body (usually bust, lol). Once I see how old they really are, I back down if it's below 16. 17...depends. If they're turning 18 in the current year, sure, still fappable.
