Meh max mp is only useful for that small period of time you are actually that high
Well until I actually work out my max mp set, I want my set to be balanced. I could probably hit 1k MP if I bothered to check all my pieces to see what gave me the most MP. Right now I can cure for good numbers and still have ~930MP.
Never bothered. Full out potency for every job always. Partly cause it isn't that huge a mp difference but mostly cause I so rarely am that high. Notable exceptions are say my convert set on blm which leaves me more than enough mp to fully buff and still be above nuking mp. Also buffing in stuff like goliard body for conserve mp but also -emnity and more mp.
Well you're also gearing RDM and BLM. Despite them still being mage jobs, there are differences.
And blu. Same concept though. Once that mp is gone meh who cares. Even on just cure potency/mnd/vit stuff chances are you will in the end cure about the same in full mp as all out potency. Assuming you full time. Or -emnity when you need it.

Nah I mean in general. Even full timing. The difference isn't as huge on whm. But on say blm wearing mp gear even the stuff that mixes both isntead of all out dmg/macc will actually lower the dmg I can do with full mp by alot.

Celene(F) and Rowland(M) are more of the shyer members, but often say things that are witty, have a good pun and sometimes cause three page discussions. Celene hates when people hit on her. It doesn't stop them from trying.
Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
