I love my BST, too bad I can't use it much though. On a separate note, I guess someone killed the NM here, so off to camp the second one. Hades.Stefanos said: Well at least you have FoV. And with NQ junk, I'm running 15% damage reduction. If I can find a pair of Gavial Cuisses should bump it up to 18%(19%HQ). Toss in Defender and a Tavnazian Taco for defense, and I should be able to absorb the initial surprise attack and straight tank Tuchulcha without too much trouble. Now, if I could pump out about 800 per weaponskill, I should be able to drop it fast Naw hes kinda wimpy it was just funner that way lol. I think I did like 12 1k blizz3s chainspelled on it before bind broke it was dead before chainspell wore. As far as Tuch... lately due to lack of people and the fact that no one but me really has any way of mitigating much dmg outside of blink I've been popping it on rdm. I go out with like probably 17vit proc 4 some ok def gear in slots I don't get much -PDT and like 40% or 46% at night PDT and a mostly capped stoneskin and can usually eat ambush plus 1-2 hits which is all I take before the mages nuke the ***out of it. Not sure what you have but askar feet not bad. Patnronus ring some arhat head/body darksteel hands gavial feet. Maybe Iron ram polearm... can probably hit near capped -physical not too hard actually can hit capped if you use terra/earth staff ^^ I'll get to a good level! It'll just take plenty o time.
Quotes aren't working at the moment for me, bleh.
"Makes lvling drg crazy easy lol." Yes it does, I LOVE DRG/BLU with FoV Refresh. I can go nonstop. At 63 I was getting chain 5s on Lesser Colibri with no resting, I am gonna miss those birds, at least until 69. EDIT: Yeah those are ToAU mobs, but it's the same concept, auto-refresh. Weak, I lost both of the NMs to the same person. Ah well, at least I got ToD on the second one in Jugner Forest (S), so I'll just wait on this one.

The Iron Ram Lance seems like a good alternative, though. The low delay would force me to give up my 6-hit, but if I could pull off 2 Hardcore Penta Thrusts via Sekkanoki, it shouldn't be a problem. Currently, my set looks like this: Arhat's Jinpachi Arhat's Gi Jelly Ring The other slots are currently filled with +Evasion(Skill) and Store TP. Yeah alot of people overlook the lance. You like rest after and med after each fight?

Holy crap, Quote worked that time! :O Anyway, Mai and I are still working out the kinks in the duo. Our first run went something like this: Entered the ENM (No wai!) and Mai ProtIV'd us. I Meditated while she rested MP after buffs. Being impatient, we started running a short bit before my timer was down. I got about 3 hits in then Meditated, Sekkanoki, Yuki-Gekko for Fragmentation(Didn't have Kasha at the time). Tried to keep shadows up, but without evading any attacks, they vanished rather quickly. Mai tossed a few cures and I managed to force it back under with some more swings and another Gekko.(Note: Mai tried to nuke with Aero and got resisted to 47dmg. Pondering doing a Fragmentation-MB next time). When he went under, we went ahead and just /healed. She got impatient and Erased me. Both of us were getting rather impatient, mostly due to nerves. Round 2, popped the NM. This is where our problems kicked in. For some reason, Mai's spells kept interrupting (Probably because she wasn't on a flat surface) and I went down. Shortly followed by her. And so ends our first attempt. Next time, I'm gonna try /war with Damage Reduction and Seigan-ThirdEye. Enter, buff, Meditate. This time, wait until the timer is finished so I can Meditate again. Pop Defender and a Taco for the defense bonuses, then pop the NM. This time round, open with Fragmentation and have Mai attempt to MB it. I'm hoping this'll minimize the resist rate. After he goes under, it's pretty much rinse-repeat until that 4th(?) time he pops, in which case, I burn my 2 hour and solo light, if I haven't already. If she does nuke it wont be resist well probably wont. 2. regen 2 is the ***for efficeincy so is light/dark arts in general. Not to mention the casting time reduction 3. Drain with good dark skill is the ***for effiency 4. Erase isn't really needed since your gunna rest after each fight anyways. On a side note you can evade it if you got a good blind on it. Also para and slow help alot especially when you have something like thf or sam tanking it solo lol. Also if she is /sch she can probably solo a phase with chain drain really lol. If so you might want to have her pop it and you voke it off her. She can take alot less from it then you. Also I'd reccommend her being /sch. Something I'll look into, especially since she does have Scholar sub leveled. She doesn't have anything other than Earth Staff, but that alone trumps my build, especially with Phalanx and Stoneskin. Might look into getting her a Jelly Ring since we've got a few days to burn anyway. Quote: On a side note you can evade it if you got a good blind on it. That aside, I think it's immune to Paralyze ; ; Quote: Also if she is /sch she can probably solo a phase with chain drain really lol. I should make her do this, even if it isn't needed. Not only does it sound Epic, but then we could use both our 2-hours to defeat a phase, dropping the time needed by a nice chunk. Hades.Stefanos said: lol Win Rydiya should get the credit, I found it on that Mohair link.
Hades.Stefanos said: Rydiya should get the credit, I found it on that Mohair link. I know, but quoting the picture was more effective than quoting the link :p Lol fair enough. NM should be popping in 15 minutes or so, I hope I don't lose it.

Naw not needed though is nice for O ***... like somehow it spawning on her and your not around for some weird reason. But yeah mostly it is just awesome fun to be taking a constant 200-300 dmg from a mob and still stay at full while knocking its hp down fast. Its a great way to solo up in arms. Plus drain being what it is can do it mostly in PDT gear since int and macc seem to not really do much for it. Though my normal drain maccros have tons of haste/fast cast in them lol Hm.. I wonder if going SH > berk is a bad idea.. It's what I'm considering doing.
0/1 on Boll Weevil. Gonna try one more time before bed, was a real easy duo, I'm sure I can solo him if I don't screw around.
