Elemental Seal does not make you immune to resists, it just practically forces that 95% cap.
Meaning there's still a 1-in-20 chance you'll get a resist.

Army of 2 campaign was *** epic, check my achievements lol, you see what ive played, GoW also, I like ~4, ~2 is also nice, me and my cousin own wingman GoW2 pretty bad, when you are related to someone you can connect easier :o lol

i assume it is a 35 piece.drop rate around 6.6%
