My cousin lives in an ok 3 bed house in orange county for like 2800 a month only cause the guy he renting/leasing from is like his friend/boss. So I'd either have somewhere to live more money saved or a better job before I moved down there... well or the GI since it gives a housing allowance on par with what actually cost of living is.
