You mean like Statisticians? Or the media? People ignore facts all the time, and more often than not use them to manipulate who they can. Politicians do this for a living, in fact. So would they be "Uneducated?"
It's true, I'd never be able to convince you that you're uneducated. In fact, I'd like to go so far as to say that you're facts and the idea of you being "Educated" is a very uneducated view. Would a truly "Educated" person not know that their own education, or their sources, could be flawed?

You are overthinking it. And yes ever all facts can be manipulated. Doesn't make them any less true. It's up to you to shift thru that deceptions and things left out or how they are presented. Also I'd say people who do manipulate them are more educated. After all you have to not only know what is true but know your audience so that your can present the truth or part of it and still get them to believe what you want them to.
