Today(since the 19th century) bold has gotten a negative touch befitting your 'bad/mischievous joker'. It's still a common word, so there will be no weird situation if you use it.
The origin is different though. It was someone who used his knowledge in a daring/bold way. Without looking that up on wikipedia noone knows that anymore, including me.

[Edit]: It is unusual and a fun game I liked it as it didn't restrict too much the theme, just the lines. Maybe you could provide tips on how to start with it though. Wether to start with the doodle or start with a theme and then look for opportunities where the doodles could be included, or any other helpful guidance.

Eh...There's kind of a quaintness in different aesthetics and some XI things warrant a goofier one sometimes. Drawing with a mouse is definitely a bit more challenging than a stylus or actual pen/pencil. Fun, though.

You will get used to it, in that regard german is very easy. Things like read-read-read don't exist. If it's written the same, it is always spoken the same.

Yeah, it's not really an "honorific" per se, but the "du/sie" is specifically was I was referring to.

Have to poly coat my new shelves and get them put up then buy that weed whacker and trim the hill* that's just too steep for the mower. And mow the rest.
