Calling the bank today to start the offer process on a house. Excitement and a borderline-PTSD-level of anxiety are duking it out in a brain that already hurt.

Having gone through the whole process a couple of times, it doesn't really get any less nerve-wracking. But good luck! Home ownership is a colossal pain in the ***, an endless pit that you throw your time and money into, but it still manages to be worth it. (Most of the time.)

Having gone through the whole process a couple of times, it doesn't really get any less nerve-wracking. But good luck! Home ownership is a colossal pain in the ***, an endless pit that you throw your time and money into, but it still manages to be worth it. (Most of the time.)
I'm just at the point that, where I prefer renting in many ways, upgrading to a better rental is a major increase in monthly expenditures for actually owning nothing, whereas buying actually -- at least in the form if mortgage, taxes, and insurance -- actually will put money back into my pocket and gets me more space, more privacy, and more control.
Now granted, that extra money -- and probably a bit more to boot -- is going to go right back out of my pocket and into care for the house. But...eh. My wife and I just decided we're ready to take on that particular aspect of adulting.

So to make up for thanksgiving friday, working saturday (tomorow) is optional to cover it.
Main pc's HDD is acting up really bad so turning over pc to IT before the end of today.
No pc tomorow so..

These are big fat letters with a ***thin stroke, 19 in the set, about 36"tall and have to make em fit in sheets of 4x8 and another of the same set in sheets of 6x8. So we can cut them out of there lol

Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
