We were going to JP it after dithering over the value of actually having a ceremony/reception. The cost isn't worth it when you put the horse before the cart. May as well toss the cash into CDs for the bambinos' college funds.
The only apprehension over not doing the deed is how it would reflect on the kiddos. Annoying people ask annoying questions and what not.

We decided it warranted doing just so our families could be there and have pictures to remember it. It's kinda funny, we did them on different dates, she wanted to have a winter wedding, so now I have 2 anniversaries to forget.

I enjoy talking politics with people who enjoy talking politics. There's just a lot of people on all sides that don't actually want to discuss politics so much as they want to get a reaction out of people.
