nice monitor when on the server.
Why aren't you just remoting to the server?

As for the other bit:

end users are stupid, as people still treat computers as a "nerdy" thing, instead of requiring computer literacy for job positions.
Mainly Entirely so I can sit in the server room and not be bothered.

I work with the public a lot, but it's all by phone, so dress code is pretty nil around here and it shows. I try to keep it at least business casual, but I'm not above well-kept t-shirts if I'm running late.

I avoid jeans, as they're heavy and I work with enough middle age women that it could be 90 degrees in here and some of them would still be pulling on their sweaters because "it's a bit chilly".

It's even better when you're not even the IT guy but the people sitting near you know you know a bit about computers so they always bug you so they don't have to call IT and open a work ticket.

*I'm busy with my own work call the people who get paid to do that*

I'm a fan of berries in general. Strawberries and blueberries today, the raspberries were pretty well picked over.

One emulator that I should have that I've never really taken the time to find/set up.

I'm like that with berries and nuts. There aren't too many of either I won't eat. Even the least favorite I'll have a few if that's the only thing around.

Yeah.

Nuts are tricky though. I really like almonds, cashews, and pistachios especially, but while they're a good source of protein and good fats, it's really easy to overdo it on them so I try to be sure to always measure them by weight. I mean, I weigh fruit, too, but it's significantly harder to go on a calorie glut with strawberries.

Yeah pistachios and especially walnuts, if I'm not careful I won't stop until they're all gone.

I almost just bought cashews as I haven't had them in a while, but around here those kind of nuts it's better to head to the market instead. I was being lazy. Went with sunflower seeds instead.

I would agree wholeheartedly if it worked. the second some other idiot quotes the *** you blocked, you're subjected to his HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE swill all over again.

I don't like to think of myself as uptight or whatever, & maybe I should have never been a parent, as I've always been too protective over those around me, so maybe I'm slightly in the wrong on this one, idk.

Maybe I'll just stay away until he's gone back to RT on his own accord.

Blocking quotes is something I've put no small amount of time into (to the detriment of other features). There's no good answer, mostly due to the fact that quotes aren't really an object in any meaningful way - just an extra kind of BBCode markup.

Any serious fix to that would involve changing the way quotes (and sizable parts of the forum code itself) work.

I'm not opposed to that, per se, I just only have so much free programming time in a week and I can only justify spending a little bit of it on that at a time.

I've used the block function once in 3-4 years now, I wouldn't put it high on your priority list.

people would be / are more happy with your game related fixes, I'm sure.

Flav's just an *** for baiting him back in here.
