look, I said, somewhere inside the box is a bad solder joint, when it heats up, it flakes out. I need a new box. I asked customer service to specifically request that the service technician bring a new box....
but the service technician is all flustered. I'm not an installer, customer service has to do this and that I don't know if I have a box I'm late for another appointment...
It wasn't my fault!!!...

Ingratiating lies are not a way to live life.
I mean, being polite on a basic level is simply the way you should live.
But "etiquette" is another thing entirely. Emily Post can take the salad fork from whatever the proper side is and cram it where the sun has never laid eyes.

I disagree, somewhat rarely, they are the BEST idea to convey a point. I'm not talking about swearing because you're angry or someone has offended you, I'm talking about more passive aggressive situations.
