A Fistful of Dollars is one of the greatest westerns ever, it's a remake of Yojimbo, which is also an excellent film.
The Thing is a remake of a 1951 movie of the same name, and is one of John Carpenter's classics.
And all due respect to The Duke, the recent True Grit remake was outstanding. (The Dude is better for the role than The Duke. Who knew?!)

Jimmy Buffett concerts are always fun. I love his music, I love the whole theme involved.
But there's always like, 50% "just Buffett" fans like me and there's 50% "country fans who also like the beach".
Jimmy has been working the country side of things a lot recently, and I'm fine with that; like I said. I like some country.
But it's always disheartening when a group of beered-up rednecks think the song "Southern Cross"* is about some sort of confederate Christian theme.
*A Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young cover, the "Young" being "Neil Young", who beloved southern rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd legendarily hate...
