We are experiencing our babies first cold over here. The good thing (so far) is that she isn't super sick, but she is also teething. Which just adds to the fun.
I was wondering what everyone does when their babies are sick?

The humidifier, if you need to add a dab of Vapo-Rub to the humidifier.
Very diluted chamomile tea. About one ounce of the tea itself for a four ounce bottle.
For easing the teething, cut a cucumber into spears. Slice the seeded section off and clean extraneous seeds off just in case. It's nice and cold on their gums, but it will turn into a semi-solid, sloppy excuse for a cucumber massacre by the time they're done with it. Warm and soggy.

there's not much you can do, unfortunately. everyone in the house will be miserable until it's over. you just try to mitigate the discomfort as much as possible, & hope for the best. it seems like you're already doing all that can really be done.
alcohol does help, but not the baby, just you.
I am sick of the stupid NFL. you hope for a good year, then a guy whips his son with a switch down in texas, and it all goes south for the year. ***. before we kick the guy out, can we at least see what the kid did? I don't hit my kids at all, but if they attacked another human or some other unmentionable nightmares, I may just whip the piss out of them. I wouldn't need a weapon though.....

Haha! Speaking of fooseball, Adrian Peterson *** up the hubby's Fantasy Football team for the weekend, and the Cowboys were giving him a bad case of butt-clenchitus again this weekend. Glad they pulled through. Last weekend was just...LOL!

Frankly I think we should appeal his right to breath, because scum like him shouldn't taint out oxygen supply. But he gets to appeal and maybe keep making millions.
