I am well & things. Destiny looks to be a lot of fun, & my wife got me a sweet tshirt with 'deutschland' and an eagle on it. a local vender made me look like an *** on purpose, & I feel like lex luther meeting superman for the first time. I with *** with this guy forever now.
I thought about coming of the handle, & threatening him, but now have decided to play dumb, act like idk what he did, & try to make his life miserable subtly until I die.

I'm kinda curious about Destiny. I've been toying with the idea of getting a PS4, but I haven't found a new release that made me really want to play it.

2 friends and I had a ball with it last night. you can tell that it was influenced heavily by the first halo, but not in any negative ways. the AI seems to put up a decent enough challenge to keep it interesting. IDK, I'm only one night in though, so idk about recommending the purchase of an entire system. I'm just semi-irresponsible and it pays off once in a while.
but hell it's on the ps3 too, a guy could always check it out on there, it'd be cheap.

I've been bored out of my *** since I quit ff11, personally thought ff14 sucked, & I expect the same out of 15, if it ever actually happens.

so i started streaming again.
started off with some Kerbal Space Program, made some funky rockets, some made it in space, some blew up on lift off, one rocket was sort of successful called "(why not add MOAR boosters?)"
problem was, Jehbediah got stuck in space with no way back.

did a couple matches of League in between and then switched to Sims4, continuing a campaign on an evil sim.
sort of Inspired by Evil Niko, already finished a career in the Criminal path, and ended up being "The Boss" (allowed me to intimidate people, e firendly and give them a hug while taking some of their money, etc) but abandoned that to join the Secret Agent path, toward being a Villain.
While Sayu(the evil sim) invited someone to live in the household, it wasnt a warm welcome, peaceful sleep? must wake her up.
something broke? fix it.
stinky food, dirty dishes, water spill, unflushed toilet, clogged toilet? clean it up.
oven is dirty, but you are tired, hungry, and must go to the restroom? make it clean it, standing besides her, yelling at her, while eating some food.
stressful day at work? beat her up.
Career Path at some point hit a cockblock, when the Agent path required to have some "friends". dafuq is a friend? my sim said, *** she opened a contact list of all the sims she has met, and everyone has a dislike for her. she enjoys the misery of other sims around her, so getting friends will prove a challenge....

The vacation was sub par... all the plans I actually had were cancelled and lost out on some money because people decide to cancel last minute... mostly just hung around... Spoiled myself a bit going out to some nice places and then house sat for my parents a bit and took care of the dog because I did not want to go see my cousin get married.

That's then made worse when people ask me why I still play FFXI when it is "terrible" or "overly flawed" and I have no real reason to give them. I enjoy it because I enjoy it. There is no method to my madness.

to which I would add that I think FFXI was so great because it was the first experience of that kind of game for a lot of people all at the same time.
But over the years the people changed as well as the games...
By now players expect to be so blown away and anything short of being literally sucked into the game like "log horizon" is prolly gunna suck...
If I had a magic wand.. would I use it to show up on the doorstep of people that dicked me over by using us to help them with their time sink equipment goals and then ditching us? or never play and get eight years of my life back... hmmmm

well I for one refuse to give up on video games because I was burnt by players or developers, I'll just keep chasing the dragon until I'm bankrupt, pockets turned out like 2 surrender flags.

on the one hand I still kinda feel bad for ignoring all of the other everything for eight years.... including family and friends but on the other hand I missed a lot of drama I never had any need for also

these types of games really shine for me in the winter, when not much is going on anyway, & over here you have to hide inside for warmth for quite a while.

XI was great, but with the diminishing playerbase (2~3 years ago) and type of content and mods available was just the tipping point for me.
I still think Spellcast is a horrible thing. yes, it allowed you to bypass the game's limitations, but people just took it too far and made weird *** gearsets, and got worst when people EXPECTED you to have those *** *** weird gearsets.
2 to 5 different sets for casting one stupid spell? oh, it's a full moon on a firesday at 4pm? no worries, spellcast will do it for you.
oh, player3's in party hp dropped under 45%? let spellcast use cure x on him while said person is sitting there scratching their balls looking at youtube videos drooling over lady gaga's latest video.
want to go farm some gear but cant solo the content? ask for help, spent 2-3 hours shouting for 10-20 mins of gameplay. know people that also does the content? nope, they cant help because they are already doing it to gear up their other 3 mule-bot accounts, just so they can "solo" other group content.
free week? *** that ***.
