Sounds like someone's got a tiny case of insulin issues -- are you trying a low fat diet of some sorts? Those aren't pretty good at cutting weight due to insulin responses *** with humans.

For what it's worth, while I primarily agree -- 75-90k is still difficult if you live in an area that's expensive but necessary to get to the middle of your career faster. It's all a clusterfuck of how you want to utilize your time / money.

Not really, I just try to get low fat beef, and cut out things that I know are insanely greasy, as it does some horrible things to my stomach.
Nothing too fancy, and welcome back Sect, long time.
Honestly the last bit of weight I gained was from going out to eat too much with people from work, steak+fries or burger and fries for lunch daily will kind of put on the lbs.
edit: tl;dr I didn't cut back on the fat to lose weight.
